Laboratory Analyst/Chemist

Galbraith has an opportunity for a talented individual to fill the role of Laboratory Analyst/Chemist for the Wet Chemistry Department. This position conducts analytical testing on a wide variety of sample types; analyses include gravimetric, volumetric, colorimetric, qualitative, and nitrogen by Kjeldahl method. Responsibilities include performing testing procedures and documenting the work, operating and maintaining laboratory instruments such as an automatic titrator or spectrophotometer, and assisting in the development of analytical procedures. Qualifications for this position are a working knowledge of GLP/GMP and NRC analytical methodology, good attention to detail, self motivated, and good interpersonal skills. This position does require a bachelor's degree in chemistry or an associate's degree in chemistry with 2-5 years experience. Please contact Zara Brown at
