Project Management For Microanalytical Lab

GLI identifies requests for analytical services as projects based on the complexity and the scope of the testing. We have a dedicated team of Project Managers who oversee all aspects of project work, including technical supervision of the testing, all client correspondence, and generation of the laboratory report. Additionally, we have a Technical Services Administrator who works with the project team to coordinate project assignments and help insure timely completion of projects. Costs associated with project work are quoted on a case by case basis and tend to be based on a per hour rate.
