Analytical Testing Sample Delivery Procedures

Galbraith accepts samples by U.S. mail at P.O. Box 51610, Knoxville, TN 37950-1610, and from other carriers at 2323 Sycamore Drive, Knoxville, TN 37921-1700.

Sample deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday (except holidays), from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Samples received after 3:00 PM are processed the following business day.

Samples may be delivered at alternate times only with prior arrangement. When requesting "RUSH" services, please use Galbraith’s "RUSH" labels on the outside of the shipping container. Containers labeled "RUSH" are opened and processed before Regular Service packages.
